When trying to forget, you may easily remember all the hurtful moments with that person you used to hang out, laugh with, love and most certainly cry for. When trying to forget, please remind the beautiful moments too. It’s much easier when you learn to forget out of good things than learn to forget out of hating.
When trying to forget, remember the reason it all began: love. Or whatever.
It may seem like a lot of work, or maybe a bitter issue to remember good moments of that person you just want to avoid. Whatever, deal with the pain.
